I had to go look for them in order for them to clean our room. honestly, I had big expectations on this place to stay, but I am very disappointed with the results. "Great location super walkable. The rooms had a lot of natural light but they ended up getting very hot throughout the day. The amenities weren’t great - breakfast was a 3/5 and they would only clean the rooms if you asked them to. I stayed for 2.5 weeks and only got 1 clean and had to ask for a second one when I ran out of supplies. Gym was also mediocre. But I think the location and spaciousness was great. "

"We were rather underwhelmed with this W property. The room was “tired” and the towels were in comical “Hotel 6 on the interstate” condition. Pretty weird (and gross) how several rounds of towels were equally old, tattered and grey. Quite a disappointing W experience after the brilliant W São Paulo stay we had in November. Overpriced and underwhelming."
