"Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, who provided great customer service."

"Good location, but not clean, and heating didn’t work. Old toiletries left in the shower, dirty marks on the floor and hairs in the sink. Heating didn’t work (no batteries in the remote and no instructions for how to work the electric heater). One light bulb didn’t work. Bed was comfy and useful to have a small kitchenette but no supplies (e.g. tea/coffee)."

"Very disappointed with coffee issues as it tastes awful/bitter! No coffee/tea in bedroom. I had to ask for extra pillow because it had only one thin pillow on bed. Very limited breakfast as no hot breakfast yesterday. Won’t go back again. Unless issues need improvement. "

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights, but during this time our room was not cleaned even once. At check-in, we were informed that housekeeping would be done every other day, however this did not happen at all. Therefore, I would rate housekeeping only 2 out of 10. I contacted the reception to request an extra towel and to report that our room had not been cleaned. The receptionist was surprised, as their system showed that the room had already been serviced. He responded immediately, brought us clean towels, and took out the trash — for which I am grateful. However, it was very unpleasant to return to a room that had not been cleaned for two days, especially as there was a persistent unpleasant smell. It seemed as though housekeeping simply chose not to bother, possibly because we were checking out the next day."

"The mattress in our room was all over the place - loads of huge lumps and craters basically, I really don't know what had happened to it. Other than that the room was small, but quiet (no noise from the street) and for the location and the price, really can't complain. "
