"If you want luxury & incredible views then this is the place to stay. We loved the patio seating at breakfast as well as for drinks, lunch or dinner. The room was comfortable, elegant & immaculately clean. All of the staff was super nice & helpful. Yes, it is a bit pricey but again this is for travelers looking for a luxurious experience & location."

"Amazing location at the heart of Venice and minutes from St Marks square. Beautiful Venetian art style, without being over the top like some. Intimate boutique-type hotel rather than grand palace. Gondola stop right outside, book at reception to be whisked straight to the front of the line and/or pop in to the St Regis next door for a sundowner by the Grand Canal! Wonderful stay."

"Air conditioning was good and strong. Located near brand name or designer stores, iconic landmarks. Safe and restaurants, other stores around. Walking distance to and from water bus stops and water airport shuttle stop. Clean area but didn’t find the residencia when I arrived. Should put up prominent sign. "

"Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Fiori! We were greeted by Elvis who was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed - just like in the photos. The location was perfect as well. It's close to Piazza San Marco but not TOO close (it's very busy and loud at the Piazza). And, the water taxi pickup is a two-minute walk. If I could give this place six stars I would!"

Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

Good breakfast delivered right to the room and we were able to eat at a sister hotel when we had plans early in the morning before hotel breakfast started.
