"The location is ideal! A short walk to San Marco but far enough away to feel removed from the large crowds. A water bus stop next to the hotel is very convenient! The bar and restaurant manager, Matteo, makes a fantastic Negroni. Will certainly stay there again! "

"Beautiful luxury hotel in a quieter neighborhood called Dorsoduro away from the crowds which is not easily achieved in Venice. Walking distance to the main tourist attractions and plenty of nearby restaurants. We appreciated the friendly, helpful staff and the hotel aesthetic which blended classic regal opulence with whimsical elements. From the airport, you can pay extra to reach their private dock by a water taxi (much faster) or take the water bus to the Zattare stop. It’s a short walk...

Great location tucked away from the hordes but just 3 min to the San Basilo Terminal and vapparetto stop. The Zattere waterfront, grocery, cafes are all right there. Be sure to visit the artists’ collective shop a few doors down!"
