Very comfortable rooms and setup, friendly staff and CONVENIENTLY located at the heart of Japan town, walking distance to Fillmore st with access to the bus and easy to get in and around town. "This hotel is most like a motel from 40 years ago. There are no amenities. But it is very well priced, clean, quiet, and well located. I was warned that the card key for my room would not work if in contact with other cards and required a separate pocket. It was a little tricky getting into the room, but eventually, I was able to do it on successive days. I would happily stay at this hotel again."
