"The room was clean and comfortable. It is located in a convenient spot right next to cafes, bars, local shopping and just across from the beach. Easy access made this a joy to return to each day and hide in the cool air con when the beach got too hot! The staff are lovely and accomodating and provided assistance whenever asked. "Blue Water Motel is a comfortable option for a short stay in Kingscliff. The room is well set up with a fridge, kettle and toaster. The bed is very comfortable. However the design of the bathroom has not been well thought out. Only one shelf, few hooks for towels and the water did not drain well from the shower. The communal kitchen and morning coffee cart are great extras. All in all the Blue Water Motel is good value."

"It was beautiful but we were very disappointed. When I communicated with them I had asked about transportation, having never been in Australia, I had know idea how remote it was. It cost me $140 to come from airport, was told there was food near by but nothing, we ended up leaving and had to wait 3 hours for a taxi that cost me $200.
