"Staff was very attentive in making sure I had all the proper supplies in my hotel room. The lighting in the bathroom isn’t the best for your makeup and you do have to pay for the breakfast but aside from that everything was impeccable and up to par. "

"The hotel was passable and staff were nice enough but it needs updating and a deep clean, paint and repairs in all common areas. The furniture in the room was old and worn down. The beds are doubles not queens. Pillows were half sized. In-room supplies were poor quality and skimpy. The hotel was about $30 cheaper than any hotel in Toronto proper and I was trying to stay in the city on a budget, but having stayed there I wouldn’t go back. I’d spend $30+ more and feel like I got my money’s worth in a modern hotel closer to downtown, instead of spending $200 and feeling like I stayed in a hotel in the middle of nowhere that hadn’t seen an update since 1992. "

"Booked this hotel which, when we arrived, was new, clean & in a good location. The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"This is a very busy downtown hotel. Excellent location for downtown activities such as art galleries, museums, etc. During our stay, one restaurant was open since other facilities were under renovation. Friendly efficient staff."

"Room was clean. Smaller than expected. Bathroom was also very small. Construction was loud. Pool was very nice and warm. Fitness room well maintained. The construction on the patio will be lovely when done. No hot tub on site at this time. "

"We arrived early to see if we could drop off our luggage, so we could take the train into Toronto. The very nice desk lady checked to see if our room was ready and it was! We were able to drop our stuff in our room, go drop off our rental and head into the city for the day. Breakfast looked great, but we had to leave for the airport, so just grabbed a coffee and blueberry muffin before we were taken to the airport to catch our early morning flight. I highly recommend this hotel!"
