"The room was fairly quiet, very clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The main drawback was location, up a steep cobbled hill and would be fine if we were 15 years younger. Walking to Ortakoy centre would take about 20 minutes. The only sensible transportation was by taxi."

Amazing staff and special appreciation for Gizem hanim and Oguzhan at Reception for attentiveness and great customer service. Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel....
