"The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay. Bruno G"

No entanto, há pontos importantes a melhorar: - Acesso: O sistema de entrada e saída do prédio depende sempre de autorização, o que torna o processo burocrático e pouco prático. A implementação de um cadastro facial ajudaria muito na autonomia do hóspede. Comodidades: O secador de cabelo não tem potência...

"This is a perfect landing spot for visiting São Paulo, in a safe, central neighborhood with excellent options for dining nearby and most major sites within an hour’s walk (and if you don’t feel like walking, the metro station is not far and it’s easy to navigate by taxi or uber). The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing. Always helpful and kind."
