"They left me stranded because they did not provide the check-in instructions. So i ended up outside the building for 1hr. Expedia advised me to contact the property. I contacted but they were not responsind so i just had to force the door open. The property responded to me 2 days later! If i hadn't forced the door open i would have been waiting outside for their for 2 days!"
