"This hotel is spectacular and I will book it again next time I am in Seoul. I travelled solo. The location is perfect, surrounded by stores and cafes. Yet it is quiet. It is also very close to the metro, but and airport limousine. The room was great for me as a solo traveler. Very clean and staff was very kind. You can access the pool once a day, and it is a lovely pool, don’t miss it. They also have a laundry room and at their reception you have great space to hang out with others."

"Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. They definitely went out of their way to make us feel important. The staff is amazing and the location is right by a train station to make visiting Seoul very easy. Highly recommended if it fits your needs. There is a reason it’s a Forbes 5 star hotel!"

"Our stay at the Mercure Ambassador in Hongdae was absolutely wonderful!! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for conveninient subway and bus access. It took a little bit to familiarize ourselves with how to adjust the air conditioning to our preferences, but other than that everything was super easy to figure out and use. Would definitely stay there again, and we will for sure recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay on their visit to the country! ★★★★★"
