"I stayed here frequently many years ago, as did my late parents. Very central and excellent staff. Only gave it four stars as the shower in the bathroom was most disappointing. The flimsy plastic curtain was useless and in a matter of seconds the whole bathroom floor was awash. Also the plug in the wash basin didn’t work. "

"I was a little taken aback when I arrived at this hotel because it is smack dab in the middle of the "red light" district and I was traveling with my granddaughter. I am happy to report that we had a wonderful stay without incident. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is central and close to the Metro. I would absolutely stay here again! You will have to walk up one flight in order to access the elevator, but I would still highly recommend this hotel. "
