"Very disappointed, I reserved a hotel room but instead got a privately own apartment within a hotel. It describes the place having onsite garage for a daily fee. Upon arrival my mom, sister in law and 18 month child had no where to park their car. The door man refused to assist saying the parking had to be reserved separately through hotel.com, he could not do anything, instead he forced them to sign a waiver stating they have no right to absolutely nothing within the building/ hotel amenities...
