"The reception staff were unfortunately not very helpful and seemed quite unbothered, which was disappointing—especially for a front office team. I requested a room change due to a strange smell and lighting issue, but my concern was not addressed properly. A simple acknowledgment or willingness to assist would have made a big difference. Additionally, basic courtesy such as greeting guests when entering or leaving the hotel was noticeably lacking. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were excellent. Housekeeping, the pool staff, and even the gardeners were warm, friendly, and very helpful, which I truly appreciated."

"Great location in Whistler Village. Property is a bit dated but is perfectly comfortable. Bring your own coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and soap because those either aren't supplied, or aren't supplied in sufficient quantities for the length of your stay. Seems like a silly way to save only pennies of operational costs at the expense of guest experience."
