"We were a family staying and had an upgrade to the Victorian Suite. The entire hotel felt like stepping back in time if you like shows like Downton Abbey you will love this place. Our room was huge and the high ceilings made it feel even more spacious, the staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location was so convenient to everything we wanted to see in Melbourne.
