Unfortunately no air conditioning in the recent heatwave but supplied with a large fan. Note that the hotel is alcohol free so no sitting on the terrace with a cool beer in the evening."

A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. "This hotel is very much a boutique hotel. No elevator or air conditioning but still a very nice and clean room. The decor is shabby chic and bedding is comfortable. The included breakfast is not as much as we have had at other hotels during this trip but a quick yogurt and coffee and croissant does the trick. The staff was very friendly and even took our bags up to our room for us. FYI the parking is not real sat either which was nice."
