"Not confortable. the staff seem untrained and check in took a long time since they were trying to sort out how to do a reservation pet friendly and to top it off the parking was not included on the stay since the property is in a shopping plaza and they were not able to validate parking."
"El personal hizo que la estancia estuviera mucho mejor. Pero cuando llegamos nos dieron un habitación que estaba muy incómoda. Olía mucho a moho y a humedad. Olía como si no la hubieran ventilado hace mucho. No estaba muy limpia. Pedimos que nos cambien y así fue. La otra habitación estuvo mejor. Sin embargo las instalaciones dejan mucho que decir. Él estacionamiento es pequeño. El lobby no está en PB está en un piso 1z los botones del ascensor no funcionan bien o no hay. La puerta de la habitación estaba mal funcionando. Las almohadas no son cómodas.
El personal el staff la comida si de primera ! Excelente.
