"First of all, our room was so beautifully made up for our first wedding anniversary. The personalised message from the duty manager, Gede Restu Yoga Sanjaya and also the slice of cake with the personalised message on the plate really made us feel special. What really topped the entire welcome experience was the message that GRO Ledi and Hendra from HR left on the mirror in the room. Thank you for making our first wedding anniversary stay so memorable. I'd also like to compliment the service standards of all the hotel staff. The recommendations by concierge were spot on. We went to the Kelong Mangrove Restaurant for dinner one night. The entire experience was seamless. We were picked up by the hotel car to the jetty. We expected that we'd have to call the hotel when we were done. We were pleasantly surprised to see the hotel staff waiting for us at the jetty after we finished dinner. Thank you for the lovely experience!"

"The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes."
