Country Cascades Waterpark Resort
6/10 Okay
"Got a family suite. Room had a weird smell, AC vent was full of crumbs and chunks of gross stuff that might be contributing to the smell. Blanket smelled funny too. The two bedrooms have no door separating them. Both are upstairs and only accessible through a narrow shaky staircase, hard to fit/lift luggage up there.
Staff friendliness made up for the experience. "
"Check in process was easy. Room and balcony was very nice. Roof top bar and pool were great. Only complaint is the pillows on the beds were TERRIBLE!"
"The Read House has so much character. Our room was so spacious. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. The staff (David) let us know things to do and places to eat. They lent us an umbrella for the day when it was raining. The bar was hopping every night. There is a pool table room in the back with 2 tables. A nice space to hang out. We would definitely stay again!"
"We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was pleasant and comfortable. The entire property was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
What truly made our experience even better was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. A special thanks to the lady in the breakfast area who went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome each morning. She was incredibly warm, attentive, and hardworking, and her positive attitude really stood out.
The breakfast area was also very clean and well-stocked, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and inviting. We truly appreciated the excellent customer service and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay."
"Yes parking was great we didn’t use the laundry but that is very convenient. We love this place have stayed several times now love the scenery of the mountains "
"Loved everything! The rooms were clean and beautiful, the amenities (pool especially) was AMAZING, breakfast in the morning was great. I wish we stayed longer. Would love to come back. "
"Rooms were disgusting. I don’t know when the last time they were deep cleaned. Stains were all over walls and carpet even in hallways leading to room. Elevator was in horrible shape with vandalism. Every single door to each room look like they had been busted down. Every room smelled like smoke and marijuana. Just overall poorly kept and maintained. Rooms were like 80 degrees when we got there and the AC looked like it had been pieced together."
