"Good location and service, very friendly staff. Had breakfast package which is helpful to get the day started and used general lounge at end of day. (Did not use spa facilities). convenient to book tours from the hotel - Rose was very helpful."

"Located on a busy side street adjacent to major construction, access to the hotel can be a little problematic with traffic. Sound insulation in the rooms is not perfect. We were on the 9th floor and still heard street noise (as well as guests in adjacent rooms). Decor looks glam in photos but is actually quite tacky and a little cheap looking. That said, room was very clean and very comfortable. Pool and rooftop bar are both really nice and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "
