"The hotel is clean. It is by the airport, so not close to walking within the Amsterdam city, but you can get to the city center easily by the train out of the Hoofddorp station."

"Hotel was further from the airport than we realised. Needed to factor 25 mins at least for shuttle that goes 2 every hour. Otherwise all good. Could you possibly use a smaller shuttle and go 3x per hour ?"

"We stayed 9 days but didn’t have breakfast. We preferred filling the empty fridge with drinks, chocomel, krentenbollen, cheese, paté and other favorites we would have in the morning before leaving for the day. The room was always very clean upon returning in the evening. The front staff was always available and very friendly. The busstop was a 5 minute walk with multiple connections to schiphol airport, Hoofddorp train station or downtown Amsterdam. The only thing missing in the room were washcloths (washandjes) but I don’t think they are part of the bath towels in this hotel so I usually travel with my own wash cloths. The hairdryer in the bathroom didn’t work but we were given an extra one during our stay. Would I use this hotel again? Absolutely! I usually stay with my family who all reside in Hoofddorp but this time two of my adult children came along and suckered me to pay for a hotel and I’m glad I picked this one. This is the first time ever I have paid for a hotel in the Netherlands and found it to be a pleasant stay and a pleasant surprise. "

"Very convenient to the airport. I had a 14 hour layover and it was a perfect location. "

"Most staff wasn’t very helpful with a few nice ones or they just stared at you. Tv didn’t work asked to sort it and didn’t. Said they couldn’t help me with charging my phone as was about to do and then waited to see my cry and my phone died to then ‘see if you could help’"

"Starting at front desk the team are so warm and welcoming. The room was immaculate. The airconditioning was just right. Bathroom was just the right size. Hotel is right in the middle of everything-10 minutes from train station,shopping and restaurants within easy reachwalk"
