"晚上大約9點半到達酒店，有足夠泊車位，前枱服務員服務很好，多謝他們幫忙送行李到房間，今次入住高級客房有特大雙人床很舒適，浴室設有花灑及浴缸，要留意日式溫泉開放至晚上11點，如想享用要早些到達或可於早上6點後前往，自助早餐食物款式不太多，但覺得都已足夠。"

"很多人滑雪，地方很大，但路線指示不多，也沒有地圖，到房間很才發現有App可到酒店網站查看地圖，應該在前枱就向我們介紹使用，可減少時間找路，但職員很好，會幫忙。
房間設施雖有點舊，但整潔乾淨。酒店食肆選擇很多，附近還有7–11。還可以夾公仔👍👍"
