"The resort was very beautiful. The staff went above & beyond whenever requests were made for the rooms for the guests including if there was a minor issue with anything in the room. Everything was handled immediately without any issues or delays which I loved. The resort was very technologically advanced which was also very nice. It overlooked the ocean & was so spacious that it never felt crowded or that you needed space. I loved the shops at the resort so you could buy clothes or souvenirs since the airline lost our luggage. I was able to find something nice to wear to do a day trip to Santorini. There’s a spa on the resort so make sure you schedule an appointment with Paulina. Her team was great. The resort does need to provide better supervision early bird options for the guests for when they need to leave super early for tours. What is currently offered doesn’t work. You need to provide croissants, danishes or muffins the yogurt & some grain looking thing is not appetizing or filling. Or maybe provide the guests with the option of ordering food to be picked up at the main dining room. The food was just okay, it needed seasoning so it didn’t taste bland & better food options. The food wasn’t appetizing so I wasn’t able to eat much and went home starving. I was upset about that because people said the food was amazing. They must have been drunk. I loved all the entertainment they provided at night. It was very entertaining. The pillows & bed linens were comfy. ❤️"
"The Atlantis Hotel, which is located in the middle of Heraklion, is the perfect hotel for my recent visit of the beautiful island Crete on the 4th to the 8th of May this early spring. I had great views of the Koules Fortress from the room; the warm hospitality of the front desk and its staff (Maria and her team at the Food & Bev are simply amazing! Thank you, Maria!); the hotel is merely a few hundred steps away from the old town which made it really convenient! All these and more made my husband and I’s holiday there a memorable one! I highly recommend Atlantis Hotel to any future tourist of Crete!"
"This is a well situated hotel which has been recently refurbished I believe however our visit was not great. On arrival we were just handed a key and told where to go. The room was okay but the bathroom was small and the shower not great for someone of any stature. The door on the shower was a noisy metal thing and Aircon was also loud.
The staff were not particularly friendly and definitely not helpful. We asked 3 different people about a late checkout and each one said it was someone else. We gave up in the end . On leaving we were just given our receipt and no remarks such as have you enjoyed your stay or safe trip home It was not one of our best hotel stays in heraklion."
"We had a lovely stay. It’s a perfect place for children and our seven year old had a lovely time. Staff were lovely. There were lots of pools to choose from. And the food was fresh and tasty."
