"Localização excelente. Café da manhã muito bom e variados. Funcionarios que atendem no Café da manhã muito eficientes e simpáticos. Na recepção, infelizmente, uma única funcionaria não pode atender todos com a presteza necessária. O próprio ambiente da recepção é muito apertado e um tanto confuso. Não parece um Mercure......O estacionamento é decepcionante. Pouquíssimas vagas e o unico manobrista tem que buscar os carros em outro local. Isso com o custo de 30 reais por dia....."
"Ants everywhere in the room (in my luggage, on the bed, etc.), no cold water during my stay (only hot water), dilapidated furniture, on an unattractive street but thankfully a short walk to the main tourist street. The breakfast is typical, not bad but nothing special. I would avoid this hotel. It has the potential to be nice if the rooms would be upgraded and better-furnished. But unfortunately I found it very unpleasant and was happy I only stayed one night. "
"The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices."
