"This hotel is exactly as advertised. The room was clean, excellent staff, pool was heated, and the restaurant staff and food are excellent. The treadmill in the gym didn’t work, but that’s common in a lot of hotels. It would be better if breakfast was included and a microwave in the room."
"On the downside, had to join a line for 20min check in, our room had 2 old elevators a joining which made a loud noise, one was exterior and offered no privacy for our balcony (asked to be moved but no available rooms). Bathroom was old and had a grab handle in the wrong place as you stepped into the bath to take a shower. Shuttles were for airport use only but would have been useful for local attractions and restaurants.
On the upside, location right on the front overlooking the ocean.
Takeaway, would not stay at this hotel but would return to San Diego."
