" The room was fine. Cheap, clean, nice simple room. Except they only give you 2 crappie pillow!! The casino thou...TRASH!!! HORRIBLE!!! The WORST casino ive ever been to!!! Went specifically to play baccarat and my father for blackjack. They only had 3 blackjack tables open, 1 texas holdem vs the dealer table and only 1 baccarat table...the problem was, the baccarat table was in the high rollers room with a $100 minimum!!! The advertise thousands of tables, the largest casino in Delaware...it was soo small, id hate to see the other casinos in Delaware if this was the biggest!!!
Our dealer Jay, he was AMAZING!!! Truly awesome, entertaining, extremely helpful!!! As well as Hamaan, the fill in dealer. The 2 bit bosses, extremely rude, arrogant, ignorant, lazy, and all around miserable and rude!!! We will NEVER return to this casino!!! EVER!!!!"
"Nothing close by to walk and not a great neighborhood. No dishes pots or pans or coffee maker nor any in lobby. Byo it no rental u will have to buy.. No thanks wasnt worth the cost of the room to not get the efficiency part.."
"Fantastic view from our room and steps to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was only one frying pan and no other pots or pans so I was thankful we had brought one of our own. Otherwise kitchen had the basics needed to be able to cook. Good sized fridge was able to accommodate all of our drinks and food. Would definitely stay here again. "
"Check in was good. General manager told us breakfast would be on the 4th floor between 8-10am. Went up to get it on Wednesday morning, doors locked. Went downstairs and the general manager said here’s a few muffins. No juice or any other choices. I said you told me there was breakfast on the 4th floor, which is advertised on their website and on hotels.com She said not today, just Tuesday and Thursday. Went up this morning, hoping for a hot breakfast and fruit which is pictured on their website. There were small bagels, muffins and cereal. Nothing hot. No fruit.
It is in walkable distance to the shops and beach, so the location is good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. "
"Given its location in iffy downtown Wilmington, the hotel’s outdoor parking lot up the block was an insurance risk. The furnishings constituted a 3-star Corporate Ad for Plastics. Happy Hour was pleasant if you wanted to mingle with young backpack-equipped corporate sales novices attending a motivational conference. The breakfast buffet included almost completely cold scrambled eggs (just enough heat to keep the bacteria multiplying: another insurance risk—we both came down with diarrhea the next day). The breakfast sausages could have been manufactured using the leather from someone’s belt. The wafels and bread looked scary to. The shower was disappointing. To their credit, however, the staff was—without exception—both friendly and helpful. "
"We love this hotel! It is very clean, open and welcoming. The pool was warm and inviting. Chad, the manager, was so accommodating and helped these seniors to make our stay so much better."
