"Staff was amazing, on check out day we awoke to a flat tire, the gentleman at checkout not only recommended a place to have it fixed he called the garage to let them know we were on our way…. He also had the maintenance crew blow up the tire so we would make it the few miles to the garage.. he later called to make make sure we were all set… superb service, my only regret was I did not get the gentleman’s name"
"I gave them an EXCELLENT RATING as I like the hotel and the employees HOWEVER the Manager agreed to let me out of my reservation for 2/28 for one night as my business travel changed and I am not flying out of Philadelphia. She agreed and when I called Choice rewards she told them no. She then hid from my calls over multiple days so I had to dispute the charge on credit card. Again I like the hotel and have stayed MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS but this was unprofessional by the Manager but I STILL GAV THEM AN EXCELLENT RATING ANYWAY! "
