"Overall a great stay!!! friendly front desk, walkable, right on Reforma close to Chapultepec Park, The Castle, Anthropology Museum, The Angel of Independence, etc clean rooms, gym and pool were amazing, bar and restaurants superb, they even have free bikes if you don't want to walk.... just spa needs a little love, no one in the early hours in case you need help or have any questions, water nor basic implements like any other spa; besides that definitely recommended."

"I found the receptionist at the Business Club to be somewhat unapproachable. When I approached her for assistance, her tone came across as unfriendly and not particularly welcoming. At times, it felt as though my requests for help were an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to assist a guest. Given that the Business Club is a guest-facing area, I would expect a warmer, more approachable, and service-oriented attitude. A friendlier tone and greater willingness to assist would make the experience considerably more positive."
