"We had a fantastic stay here and can honestly say it’s one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in the UK. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very family friendly, with a lovely courtyard area that creates a really relaxing atmosphere. We travelled with our 3-year-old daughter and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. "The communication was terrible, we only got the code for the apartment access after we called the owner a few times. Even after he had picked up and said he was sending it, he still didn’t and we had to call him back again. This was all last minute. We had originally booked to stay in the bigger apartment but the owner sent a message on the app to say he had double booked us and were we happy to stay in a smaller apartment with a shared kitchen rather than a private one.
