"Everything was good or great except for the disruptive sound coming almost all night from a club across the street--a super-bass beat that shook the room and probably the whole neighborhood. We didn't sleep much and left in the morning. A pity, because the hotel was quite beautiful and the staff was truly terrific in helping me with issues around my phone and other things. I encouraged them to somehow work to tone down this rude invasion of the neighborhood's peace."

"The communication even before checking in was excellent! Instructions were very clear how to check in and the reception staff was extremely helpful, even after we checked out. They went above and beyond. The rooms were so much larger than expected. Beautiful courtyard area. Bottled water cooler supplied in the room. Location was fantastic just a block to the beach and a block to popular 5th Ave. Yes, it’s close to nightclubs but we could barely hear it from our room. It was like a low thumping...
