"Beds were comfy and relatively clean. Did us good for the duration of our long weekend. Front desk always manned and seemed very friendly. Ideal location right next to underground station, easy to get to all other stations. However both the underground and overground provide some level of noise, so light sleepers may hear this. A good, well priced accommodation for the nights we were there."

"Room was clean, air conditioning working (critical in the recent heatwave), bed mostly comfortable: base was two put together, mattress was one so as long as you stayed on one half you're fine but uncomfortable if you slept right in the middle. Some flooring was peeling/lifting up, but not a trip hazard yet. TV was Apple TV: remote was a little battered and slightly unresponsive/slow. Most options needed you to sign into your own account (apple/Google/BBC) (not included for free/automatically). One bedside lamp was broken. Slight confusion over breakfast, but was ironed out in the end. (Check-in staff member said it was included, but morning person seemed to say it wasn't, but then said it was complementary instead.) Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient (tablet with self service (though if staff are free they will help walk you through)."

"I'm going to be really fair. Our stay was actually great. Don't book if you are fuzzy and it is an issue for you wear down flooring or not so pretty decoration. I can't be #profanityerased# to pay double for something a little bit pretty. It's a decent bed, clean enough, awesome location. On the management side was awful. I booked the day before and I had to get Expedia involved the night before travelling at 10pm because I didn't have the exact address, codes for access and the necessary stuff. When the property manager contacted me he was rude and unnecessarily aggressive in the way he was addressing me, even if they were already being really bad to me. That got sorted out ultimately and it is a shame, because without that this would have been a garden full of five stars"

"I enjoyed the convenient location. Loved going to Box Park. Sainsbury’s is close by - but the baked goods section does run out fast. The lodging served my purpose - enjoyed it. Be warned - there are no lifts; but not a problem if you’re fit. The kitchen is available on the second floor - never encountered anyone using it when I did. I used it to get hot water and utilize the washer/dryer."
