"When I arrived, I was notified but the front desk clerk that Expedia overbooked and he had to find me a room. I paid for two beds for four nights and wanted to move us to a room with one king and a pull out. I refused because I specifically picked two beds. Also, they were going to move us in another room and we would had to check out of the room and check back in after 4pm. But the front desk clerk helped and got us the room with two beds."
"I loved everything about this hotel: clean, friendly, great location for Moody Center concerts, advise pedicab for transport, good walking distance during the daytime-not advised for those with any physical impairment, restaurant on property, bar and restaurant inside hotel; my only EXCEPTION was daily charge for hotel parking WHICH is the normal for most of the area hotels. I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely book there again."
"I absolutely loved our room! We had a corner room. It was spacious. The mattress on the bed was super comfortable. We had a room on the top floor and had a great view of the city from our room. I will 100% stay here again. It’s my new favorite Austin hotel."
"Breakfasts were lovely. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Corner room was wonderful. Afternoon pool area sunny and outsidebar service. Would sray here again"
