"The room was perfect! We had an amazing view and despite of the rain, we had a very cozy time.
The staff is beyond helpful and nice making us feel very welcome and creating such a special atmosphere. "

Minor power interruption due to weather, this forced us to change dinner plans elsewhere and dine in the hotels restaurant. What a wonderful thing! So glad we now know they also have great food right there, no need to drive."
"The property is fairly ne,w only 3 months old at this time, so here's a quick feedback: Wi-Fi on the 6th is very poor, no instructions on how to turn on the AC in the room (it looks on, but you have to really look), Hot Water was not working at night, the area around the swiming pool is very splipery, and no warning signs around the pool so people won't climb around glass wall. Besides that, it's a great place to stay with your family and friends. "
"Eu quase não quero deixar um comentário bom para este hotel porque eu adoro ele muito e não quero que meu lugar não fique disponível. Meu marido e eu voltamos a este hotel desde que o descobrimos durante a covid em 2019. O lugar é o nosso `happy place`.
O ambiente é muito tranquilo. O restaurante tem comida ótima e o chef é muito simpática. Agora oferece aulas de ioga todas as manhãs e serviço de massagens. Não há razão para sair! No entanto, a área tem ótimas trilhas para caminhadas e Camburi conta com excelentes restaurantes.

"Charming property and a lovely stay, however a few things to note that could be approved upon.
Firstly, the WiFi did not reach our room which also meant streaming on the TV was unavailable.
Secondly, extremely low water pressure on the bathroom tap (almost non-existent) and shower difficult to control temperature.
No kettle or iron provided in room.
But overall, had a lovely stay at the property and the bed was extremely comfortable. "
