I booked this hotel for my last day in Mexico because it is so close to the ferry from Isla Mujeres (a couple of minutes walking), OXXO convenient store (right at the ferry) and around 20 minutes to Cancun airport. Our second stay here. The staff is super friendly. Casy and Mari are very nice and helpful. They take pride in their work. Look forward to returning. Only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but other than that all was very nice.

This is a great place to stay downtown, away from the hotel zone. Better prices for food, lots of nearby options and walkable to so much. If you're looking for a quaint little getaway this is a great place. The staff are amazing and so nice, the environment is beautiful. It's not new or updated and has some quirks, but we loved that. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable of anywhere we've stayed. If we go back to Cancun again we would definitely stay here for a second time.

We enjoyed our stay. Roberto was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was small, but clean with a comfortable bed. The location was close to shopping and cafes. We would definitely recommend it.
Hotel was perfect for an overnight trip. Clean and very close to the public transportation. You can easily get to the buses that take you to the airport, Playa Del Carmen, or to the popular Cancun spots. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The coffee shop and burger joint across the street were delicious and very affordable. Highly recommend if only staying in Cancun for a day or two on a budget.
We really enjoyed the free Zama beach club access daily with padded chair and umbrella right on a beautiful stretch of beach (a very short walk from hotel). The free breakfast was a great way to try an authentic meal that we wouldn’t have otherwise—the chilaquiles were delicious.

I found Adhara to be very nice. Quiet, good breakfast, dining options up and down the main street within walking distance. Def would stay there again :)
Staff is very polite and courteous. Once inside the hotel premises everything was a very good experience. The area is a coulee miles from the hotel zone. The area is a more rustic. Overall I will definitely consider returning to this hotel which is a good thing. Rates are great for the budget vacationer. Oh by the way, the breakfast is delicious. Enjoy!
We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.
Great place to stay. AC works great, windows are well sealed, and it is clean. It is not a luxury room but you are paying for basic. Beautiful patio areas, breakfast area open to purchase food from 7:30-11:30 AM and the location is amazing if you do not care about being oceanfront. The Hertz car rental office around the corner is convenient for renting a car and if you rent it locally instead of in advance from the US it is much cheaper. This hotel sells out well in advance.
It takes a different kind of traveler to enjoy staying here you have to be an experienced traveler you have to know what you're doing you have to realize what great conveniences are at your fingertips and what a view great views looking back at the hotel zone with the boats the parasailing. Recently stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again. It was close to the ferry( walking distance) close to shopping, there was grocery stores/shopping near. north beach ( voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) is walking distance. They have a continental breakfast included which is pretty basic but does the trick. The pool is nice. My room was a bay view and the view was breathtaking. I also had a refrigerator in the room, which was nice. The only negative I would say...
I loved how the room was super clean and so modern! I came to Cancun with my elderly mother and she loved the room. There is an elevator in the lobby which helps with carrying luggage to upper floors. The staff at the front were always available. They are there 24/7. There is a security in the building and parking lot during night time. Parking was a breeze! The hotel owns a parking lot behind it. Its gated. Opened gate during the day by 7pm its closed BUT the security opens it for its hotel...
Room was nicely decorated and very clean. The restaurant & pool was a great place to spend leisurely afternoons after enjoying the island during the mornings. Staff was prompt in communication. Only needed assistance twice during stay, but both times there was a response in under 5 minutes.
