"The pool was clean and towels are provided. Love that they had a little dog park. Only 1 microwave in lobby and they do not provide utensils. Morning coffee is all you get. There is a Dollar Tree down the street i suggest you stock up on food before arriving. They have a laundry room, best bet is to dowload the app and take advantage of the free wash. You will need quarters for the soap machine. Hope this is helpful."

"We walked from the airport to this hotel, which was so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean. It was incredibly quiet and the bed was really comfortable. My son got to do some plane-spotting, even though it was foggy. Nice staff too!"
"Wonderful staff. And a shoutout to Juvenal, one of the shuttle drivers - happy, helpful, funny but not overbearing. Also to the staff that checked me in and out. I should have got their names. This is perfect for an overnight to catch a flight the next day. 24 hour shuttle service, Free breakfast which was a yogurt for me. Nothing glamorous but adequate. The room was dated and a little moldy smelling but linens were good and bathroom was clean. Would recommend because of the staff -all went above and beyond to make this a good stay."
"Overall it was fine. Little things are what our complaints would be. It was very expensive at the places to eat there. Also not a lot of breakfast options for kids. We bought yogurt and cereal in the gift shop but again, expensive, and they were never stocked. The shower would run cold and then would turn off and on. It was convenient and close to Universal Studios though. "
