"This is the most beautiful property I’ve been to. The staffs are professional and attentive. The private onsen is a therapeutic and luxurious experience."
"A good stay can be ruined by unimaginative people who behave loud after 10 PM. Such were my neighbours at my floor last night. Loud talking between 10 pm -1 pm and a person who was directly above me was active and noisy until 1:30 am. Pure idiocy and I wish the management could kick out such people in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a minimum they could give. Beyond any doubt it was the worst breakfast out of six hotels I have stayed in during my trip in Japan. "
"The hotel is beautiful. Eat ahead of time or else dinner at hotel was about $100 per person and need reservations. However, restaurants in area closed early around 5pm. We ate before arriving at hotel and got to use the onsens privately while others were having dinner. You have to call them for a free 5 minute shuttle from bus stop to hotel. It would be near impossible to walk it and it’s pitch black at night with no lights. Breakfast was delicious, beautiful and filling. Beds were comfortable. Room for family of 4 was very spacious. We were happy to spend some family time in the room. Bring snacks and a deck of cards to enjoy in sitting area. Free shuttle to train station where we took bullet train to our next stop."
"Apartment was clean and fully equipped with all you need
Massage chair was a nice addition
Downside is inability for late check out, dryer function doesn’t dry enough resulting in repetitive runs and queries during the stay took many hours to be answered
Parking was also away and not in front of property which was unexpected "
"Room was clean and up to standards but the steps from the bathroom hurt my husband’s heels and mine too when we were going to the bathroom at night. People are nice though especially at receptionist"
"Amazing amenities and staff which make the entire experience so worth it! I would definitely recommend for anyone who enjoys peace and relaxation with memories that will never be forgotten. "
