"Even though located a bit outside the city, however, it has great connectivity.
The rooms are spacious, staff is super helpful, they try to help the clients, example early check ins without even asking for it they offered us early check in. Kudos to the front desk staff.
Cleaning of the rooms were done daily which was great.
Just a suggestion, may be offering a microwave in the room could help warm up food or milk etc for families with kids.
Also, free shuttle to airport is a plus.
Overall, great experience and highly recommended."
"Closer to Zurich central. Walkable distance and would be even better once the construction nearby has been completed. Smaller space with not much privacy. Could do with some basic amenities in the room. It works best for short stays."
"Check in was smooth. Room was okay nothing spectacular. The shower is not private, coffee selection is minimal. If you purchase coffee from the bar/restaurant it’s very expensive and strong.
They will tax you on EVERYTHING. We paid in advance for parking and they tax that which was more than the 2 nights of parking. So 2 nights of parking was $120.00 USD. Very minimal food selection on the menu and a plain Cesar salad was over 25.00. McDonald’s is connected to the property so you have that option but small menu and expensive."
"Convenient location, although a bit noisy because of trams. Good sized room with a renovated, spotless clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable with perfectly crisp white sheets. We had a pleasant stay."
"Surprisingly good. Remarkable reception staff, especially once they understood I was never going to do self checkin. Never. I don’t travel to an in-person meeting to interact with a computer! The staff were awesome. Great dinner in the restaurant, service and staff, but take your ear plugs at breakfast. The music selection is the worst at breakfast and completely unbearable and unnecessary."

I had a very disappointing and bad experience with this self check-in hotel. The room, curtains, and floors were dusty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The heater was not working, leaving us feeling cold throughout the night. Despite this, the staff insisted it should work depending on the outside temperature, even after we followed their instructions and set it to the maximum.
Basic facilities and necessities were not adequately provided. When we requested extra towels, our request was declined with multiple excuses. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably small."
