"A+++ Clean, quiet, very new hotel with amazing service staff We booked 3 rooms for our group of 7 for 4 nights at Du Lac Signature and we were treated to clean rooms with very trained service staff who looked after us with great smiles and humble attitudes. Rooms were great as described and space is always at a premium in old quarter. No need to worry as the pictures matched reality as wasnt the case for some of our previous hotels in Hanoi. Breakfast was a great spread and the airport service was excellent. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"The staff spoke English well and were very friendly. Cindy and the staff greated us every time and made us feel like VIPs. Rooms were spotless, good quality bedding, and could sleep well. Beautiful view of the lake area from the rooftop bar. The included breakfast was high quality and had a good variety. Very happy with our experience and would recommend it to any tourist looking for an excellent value in the heart of the tourist area."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for several nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep after long days of exploring the city. The hotel's location was excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, always greeting guests with a smile. I was especially impressed by how attentive everyone was to guest needs. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making me feel right at home. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit and highly recommend it to other travelers."

"We had a wonderful stay at La Siesta Classic Ma May and would happily return. The location is excellent for exploring the Old Quarter, and the rooftop bar is a real highlight with fantastic views across Hanoi. On one evening the atmosphere was slightly affected by a small group of guests playing their own music, which the staff appeared to find difficult to manage, but this was very much the exception rather than the rule. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They were warm, attentive and genuinely caring throughout our stay. In particular, when my wife became unwell and we needed to extend our stay by an extra night, the team could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Their kindness and professionalism during a stressful situation made a real difference. A lovely hotel, but most importantly, a lovely team. Thank you to everyone at La Siesta for looking after us so well."
