"I absolutely LOVED this hotel! Unfortunately was only there for two nights and wish I could have stayed longer. It's a beautiful property that smells divine. I loved my room and all of the decor and all of the staff were incredible. 10/10 recommend and will definitely stay there again when I return to Paris!"
"Todo bien en el hotel, pero cuando llegue me dijeron que tenía reservada dos habitaciones por dos noches, cuando solo ocupe una habitación por dos noches. La otra reserva me la cobraron y dejé asentado mi reclamo al retirarme del hotel. Exijo la devolución del importe por esa segunda reserva que no ocupé, son USD 156. Espero que el Hotel tenga la amabilidad de devolverme el dinero."
"Dirty everything else, but the lobby. The edge ofbaseboards and carpet filthy.
The only good experience was Domingo at reception… very well locate very close to train station
Owner must change carpets"
"High marks for cleanliness and being conveniently located near mass transportation. Unfortunately the street noise and the rumbling and noise of trains every few minutes until the wee hours of the morning left much to be desired. This was not an area where I felt safe being outside after dark but it was quite fine during the day. I didn’t have the hotel breakfast offerings but the bakery across the street was phenomenal and inexpensive. "
"Besides the lovely staff, everything else was below average. The room was tiny, even though we paid for a bigger one. The towels and bedsheets were dirty too, even the fresh ones when we asked them to be changed.
We also asked for an ironing board and an iron (pretty standard at any hotel nowadays, especially other 4 star hotels), and they gave us a completely broken ironing board.
The only good thing was the location, and the lovely staff. The property itself really needs a lot of maintenance."

10/10 Excellent
"I had a really pleasant stay overall, made even better by Lucas, who was incredibly helpful. His customer service stood out. He was friendly, welcoming, and very informative, which made a big difference during our visit.
The location is nice, with a great bakery and breakfast spot nearby, which was perfect for starting the day. We also opted for the breakfast buffet one day and that was also great!
While the hotel is a bit far from the main tourist attractions, it’s well connected by public transport. We were able to easily visit places like the Eiffel Tower, the Palace of Versailles, and Disneyland Paris. Just keep in mind that it can take around an hour to reach most points of interest, though I personally didn’t mind the commute.
The bathroom was very clean, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that the shower-tub is quite high, so getting in and out can be a bit awkward and maybe not super accessible for some.
Overall, a solid choice if you don’t mind being slightly outside the main tourist areas and are happy to rely on public transport."
"All good but you couldn't get a decent cup of tea. Also, no staff on duty when we arrived in the afternoon so we couldn't get in until a resident arrived with a door key. Pretty poor that."
