"I am extremely disappointed and honestly shocked by my stay at this Four Seasons hotel. I am used to staying in this group all over the world and this property is absolutely not in line with their usual standards. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating and completely unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, with a clear lack of care and attention. Even worse, there were serious security issues. The door locking system was faulty and unreliable, something I personally showed several times to the cleaning staff and also to a manager, yet nothing was properly fixed. On top of that, I experienced a shocking aggression from a security guard who behaved aggressively towards me even though I was a resident guest. This level of behavior is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. It is also obvious that not all clients are treated the same way in this hotel, which is extremely disappointing. They tried to compensate by offering a massage, and I must say the spa was the only professional part of this hotel, but this does not make up for everything else. The restaurant staff made me feel very unwelcome, to the point that I avoided eating there and relied on room service. Unfortunately, room service was also poor, with incomplete orders and meat not cooked as requested. This hotel feels like a cheap version of the Four Seasons brand. I do not recommend it to anyone."

"I loved the attention to detail in the room. Chocolate on the desk next to the bed, cabinet to enclose the mini fridge and snacks, bottled water, ice already in the ice bucket, slippers by the bed and a personal message on the tv when I walked in. It was elegance through and through. The staff were amazing and it was only a two minute walk from the O.R. Tambo Airport. My only regret is that I didn’t arrive until 8:15pm and had to leave by 8:30am the next morning to catch another flight. I wish I would’ve had more time to enjoy my room."

"Wonderful property with peaceful surrounds, spacious design inside and out, and good amenties. However it is spoiled by an obvious management policy that's shoved in your face the minute you enter the property that you are not allowed to bring your own alcohol and if youy do, it will be confiscated if found. I mean really, it's extremely off putting and petty. Even worse their wine line list is ordinary - at least provide the choice to spend money to buy premium wine to enjoy with your dinner if you so choose. The attitude converyed by and extensive rules list of what is not allowed (no bluetooth speakers!) detracts from what is otherwise a beautiful environment and facilities is self defeating."
