"Location and great chill vibe. If you’re looking for a place with no crowds and loud music, this is your place! You can just relax on a beautiful beach or by the pool and order something from their fantastic menu. Very friendly staff and great experience! Thank you!"
"I had a reservation with them and had a family emergency coming up and tried to cancel my reservation with more than enough time of notice and they refused to cancel and give me a refund. "
"Staff was not very friendly, didn’t give me info about property or food accommodations even though it said breakfast included so I sat for over an hour to be told oh it doesn’t start till 9:30am then at 9:30 am still no one which after a day of travel I was starving and needed coffee. Considering I booked this stay due to breakfast being ready and not having it after an awful check in, random people knocking at my door at midnight, I could hear the couple in the room next door having sex because it’s a shipping container not a hotel so the walls don’t reach the ceilings, and there was sand in my bed before I even went near sand so the sheets didn’t feel clean and there was no attempt to solve the problem I was having with the hotel. I don’t typically leave reviews but I’ve never had a worse experience in my 10 years of solo traveling. "
"Great resort, but don’t expect to take a shower while you’re there. Amazingly beautiful resort full of wildlife nested among the trees, but was surprised to find out they don’t have showers in the rooms. Showers consisted of pouring water over your head with a coconut. Not kidding."
"Staff were incredible. So friendly and kind. Especially given my injury they gave me extra care and understanding. Best service we could have experienced. "
"Very clean and comfortable rooms. Staff was amazing and very accommodating and super nice and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast on the beach was amazing. Food at Fara Fara and Remu was high quality and nice to have on site. Overall, very happy with stay at Tago. "
