This was my first time in Antigua, Guatemala. I was with a friend. Anyways the staff was so helpful, before I even got there. Before arriving I called a few times with questions about the hostel, transportation to and from the airport etc. The front desk ladies were so sweet and helpful. When we arrived to the hostel we were greeted by an English speaking host who proceeded to give us a tour of the hostel and give us a map of the town. The staff remembered our names, and were always smiling...
