Do not be fooled, the pictures describing this hotel are not close to being accurate. It is a homeless shelter that also sells rooms as a hotel. It’s very dirty and needs a best a renovation.

On the drive from the airport the driver was complaining about having to go work at her 3rd job when she finished driving... That should have been the first clue. Check in felt like checking into a pay by hour motel from 1988, I'm pretty sure that was the last time the building was cleaned.

Advertisement of pictures is deceiving! This is My first experience of disappointed with booking hotel stay through Hotels.com. The room we did not have clean swept/vacuumed or mopped floors. Could see crumbs left under sofa, beds, tables. Found a used carton of milk & cereal box in cabinet. There were small roaches on kitchen counter. Bedding looked unwashed.

The room is dirty, floor and curtain are sticky. Chair is filthy. The dresser doors can't close correctly, often slide open by themselves. They charged $170 per night, totally not worth it. Don't stay there

This hotel was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The condition of the airport shuttle was the first clue. The shuttle door handle was missing and could only be opened by the driver. Once we got inside, it smelled strongly of cigarettes. The hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood. The room was filthy. The floor was so crooked, the dresser drawers could not stay closed unless you wedged them closed with a chair. The beds were very uncomfortable. The bathtub was full of hair. The hallway carpeting was extremely filthy. Do NOT stay at this hotel!!

We arrived at this hotel after midnight and if it weren't so late, would have gond to a different hotel. We lugged our suitcases up to the 3rd floor since there was no elevator and immediately noticed the filthy carpet that looked like it had not been vacuumed in ages. The furniture in our room was in disrepair, and you could feel grit on the room's floor. I would not stay here again if the room were offered for free.

I booked with Hotels.com and with the pictures that was shown were very very deceiving once you get tk the property. The hotel is pretty much needs a upgrade to the rooms and the property period ! .Pretty much very rund down but I didn't what to look for another place at that time ,so I pretty much dealt with it . Tv was not working for me for 2 days and did let the front desk know but nothing was do e till I bumped into Fred . (Does everything there ) which he did finally get it working. Great job Fred ! I would lime to put pictures in here so other people who book on Hotels .com will know .It was not even close to I saw and booked in Hotels.com.

When I arrived at the end of a tour, there were several unsavory looking men sitting in funky looking chairs outside the entrance to the building. Another had tools spread out on the ground and was doing car repairs in the parking lot. Another just seemed to be walking around smoking. There was loud music blasting. The building itself looked sketchy too. The tour guide commented that she’d never dropped anyone there before, and she didn’t think it looked safe. I was traveling by myself, and I wasn’t even comfortable going inside to tell them I wasn’t going to be staying. It was too late to cancel, so I wasted my money and paid more to stay somewhere else.

The good - Shuttle driver was really friendly and a good driver. The Bad - the first room was terribly rundown. Mold on wall near AC. Doors broken and knob falling off to bathroom. Floor Tiles all cracked. It smelled bad! All floors, cabinets, range, microwave, walls in really bad shape. Worst was the beds…just gross. Asked for a room change and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and changed our room. New room was in better shape but the beds were still an absolute mess. Other issue was they then gave our new room to more people so had guests trying to get in our room all night. Needless to say my 9 year old was scared to death. Never again!

The oven and fridge worked excellent. The heater did not but thats ok , we rnfed ip findinga back ip one in the closet. Shower was clean as was the toilet. They do not serve breakfast like the site says. And you have to pay a hefty deposit which is also not mentioned. You also have to wait for 3 to 5 business days for your hefty deposit back. The guy at the desk was nice and attentive.
