"Just don’t go… The hotel does not have many options for at resort activities. The pool area is nice. The options for dining is poolside restaurant, Japanese restaurant, and a cafe. The bar area seating is horrendous. The hotel wants you to primarily use room service. Had to ask for towels twice during the stay as the cleaning crew did not leave towels. Requested air port shuttle the day before our departure, the hotel said that they would call a taxi and we would need to pay for the taxi service. Ok, arrive downstairs and checked out of room, went to inquire about taxi. They told us that no taxi was requested m, and we would call UBER.. which uber is half the prices as the taxi in San Jose. "

"Check-in took over 2 hours and didn't receive room until much later than expected. No reason was given other than the hotel was busy from the late check-outs."
"This was a great location for us travelling with our young granddaughter (4yrs old) - Buffet style restaurants were convenient for large volume of people. Robinson at the main buffet was an exceptional and friendly. "
"After reading all of the negative reviews, we were bracing ourselves for a horrible experience but we were relieved to have not encountered any issues with our stay! We were able to check in right away, and our rooms were decent. Our rooms looked like they needed to be renovated but was clean enough for our one night stay. The pool is probably the best feature of the hotel as well as airport shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. The gym is really small and had a lot of people using it every time I passed it. It's nice that there's a restaurant on site but we chose to walk to the Mexican place for dinner and coffee shop for breakfast. Both were excellent!"

"It's decent place to stay. It had a restaurant nice pool. Most rooms are lofts. The stairs to the loft are thin and no rail. If you have to use the restroom you have to go down the stairs. They do have 2 bed room rooms with two shower. The 1st time I stayed I was able to have the two bedrooms. The second stay they only had the loft. That was disappointing "
