"The staff was excellent, the service with the luggage was excellent. Restaurant very good but expensive. Hotel toom price was great
Cons. The airport should explained better, I didnot know you had to book the shuttle, so I booked for 8pm and was told if our flight was late there would be one at 9:45. Wrong after a taxi, the front desk gave us breakfast voucher.
The coffee machine is a joke! Maintenance needs fone our toilet didn't flush right and the patio door was very to locked due to the fact the locking assembly was almost falling off."
"The hotel and staff were very nice. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. Our room was very comfortable however the garbage had not been emptied from the previous guests stay and the coffee/tea not refilled. I had to ask three times over six hours before someone came to empty them and refill the coffee. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent."

"Beautiful property on a hill with infinity pool overseeing the ocean! All ocean view rooms, amazing breakfast each day and access to a great beach front club with gym, pool, beach. The club is however at a a different location than the main property and the hotel provides with hourly transport to and fro. The rooms are dated and bathrooma rather small and old. "
"If we had booked through the hotel directly we could have got free breakfast (I think it was $25 each). Also might have got a balcony but the room was fine. At the edge of Jaco so we had a short taxi or Uber ride to get into town - about $4! Although I don't use the casino another guest commented that there was no way to get money! No ATM in the hotel. Nearest is in the center of Jaco. Tried various restaurants. Pool bar was very good - a bit slow but very nice waiters. Pools are lovely though a bit too warm. Very helpful concierge booking and changing tours. Thank you Aura."
