"Prior to arrival, hotel emailed me instructions on different ways to travel to hotel from the airport. I greatly appreciate this because it was my first visit to the city. I was also able to store my luggage after checking out in order to go to a day trip. Hotel is conviniently located just under 10 minutes' walk from the main entrance of Helsinki Central train station. Will stay at the hotel again!"
"The staff was courteous but mostly English speaking. Breakfast was delicious and lacked nothing for our group. The room was tired and worn out and we definitely expected more for the price. Location is very good; central, but also the rooms were quiet, never heard any noise from outside or inside. "
