"Our room was nice. Upgraded to a junior suite with ocean view top floor. Room was clean and spacious. The food quality and options were not good. I think for the price there are much better options than this resort "
"Staff is not very nice or attentive they are not very welcoming especially up in the Chala. Also they do not upkeep the beach it defeats the purpose of getting a beachfront room or upgrading to enclave if they can’t even keep it clean other hotels at least attempt to clean it up a bit. During our stay the seaweed was just accumulating. Only one person stood out to us and his name is Isai he works at the steak restaurant."
Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was lovely. This was a baby moon from my husband and I. I really like how they were kids, but they have the kids section and a whole different part of the resort, so it wasn’t overwhelming with families. I thought they had several options of restaurants. Plus the normal buffets. They’re staff always cleaning and sharing that everything was nice and neat. I would definitely bring my family here for future vacations."
Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Our room smelled of mildew and the guy tried to gaslight us and insist it was just the room spray. Meanwhile my 4 year daughter is gagging and covering her nose. They did end up moving us into a different room which was good. The staff were mixed— some great and some seemed put out that they had to interact with us. Food was mixed. Lots of additional expenses. Ex 15$usd for a coconut! The facility was super impressive. Kids 3 and 4 loved the play rooms."
