"Very awkward. In many of the rooms the toilet and shower are only separated by a glass wall. Believe me when I tell you that even though it's frosted glass it is absolutely 100% see-through. No issue if you're a solo traveler but, traveling with my sister it was quite a shock when we entered the room. Luckily, I wasn't the first person to be surprised and they immediately and effortlessly switched us to a room that had walls! Other than that, everything was great about this hotel and the staff was lovely. Thank you for switching our room!"
"Room was great - we paid extra for a sea view with a balcony which we would recommend. The hotel decor was very nice with a beautiful lobby and very nice pool area. The staff were extremely friendly and the breakfast was fantastic - lots of variety. The view from the dining room was stunning."
"Great location, modern hotel, comfy beds and great shower. Not much storage but happy to live out of suitcase for a few days. We didn’t use housekeeping and you were meant to get a voucher you could use in hotel in exchange but it didn’t materialise. Roof terrace bar has great views. Had breakfast one day and there was a good selection, but expensive - lots of cafes nearby that do good coffee and breakfast at a fraction of the cost. Air con in our room was ineffective, lowest it would go was 19 degrees and it kept turning itself off - room was very hot. Would stay again and request a low bedroom - would worry you’d hear the live DJ and bar noise if on upper levels."
"The property was close to the Lisbon airport, had shuttle services, and a nice restaurant. The staff were also nice and attentive.
The problems are the property itself is older and run down. They need to do some remodeling in the corridors of the rooms; new carpeting and new paint would improve the look and feel of the hotel. This could be extended into the elevators and somewhat into the rooms. I actually felt the rooms were nicer than the corridors."
"They claim they are a 4-star hotel but hot water was running for 5 minutes then no hot water. No real glasses or cups in the room. They out disposable ones"
