I booked two rooms and the given one at 3 pm and the second they did maintenance and I could not get.

"Hotel staff were great but the room needed TLC . We booked a room with Haram view but we got a corner room with a crane obstructing. Saying that we arrived at 8am and they accommodated us sttaight away with our room. So all good. Breakfast was very nice spacious and a good variety with staff teady to help. "
