"Traveled with husband and kids. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely probably stay again. I do feel the water park should be included at least for one day of your stay for the price you pay, if you stay more than 2 days. Everything else was great! "
"Hmmm.. not sure where to begin. Let’s start with the rooms , they were perfect for our family of 5. Clean, spacious and really appreciated the kitchen, big bathrooms and washer and dryer. Now to the layout of the hotel and rooms … don’t do it , the entire location is like one big maze and we were constantly bumping into other guests lost and confused, not ideal for your kids to navigate these halls by themselves, you can end up in dark parking garages. The water park prices for drinks and food are inflated as you cannot bring in any outdoor food or drink in this area. The weather was amazing in March and so we had an enjoyable stay but to be in any room above the 3 floor would be a major inconvenience as you wait for elevators and navigate the maze! My entire family commented on the hallways and how annoying it was to navigate. We had a fun time as we were on holiday but would not return to the grove resort . The 50 dollar parking fee per night is a rip off and I also need to confirm with the hotel if my resort fee was included with my Expedia payment or if I was charged 49 per night for that as well! In a nut shell it’s a miss from our family. No one was bowled over except for the clean and spacious 2 bedroom accommodation. "
"The staff was amazing! We arrived super early after debarking our cruise and since it was too early for check in they were nice enough to guard our luggage and gave us bracelets to enjoy the amenities the pool and the beach were great we had a great time relaxing we had some food and drinks at the bar and enjoyed with our kids. Definitely recommend this hotel ! "
"Pool area nice and the flamingo area is beautiful. The bathroom in hotel has marks on the walls from previous things hanging and not repaired. No soap in the shower dispenser. Iron broken and iron board broken. No soap holder at sink to place soap on. Windows are dirty in the room. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well. Access to Linq promenade area great"
