"Typical Holiday Inn format. Location is busy with some street noise. Security is good and the staff are good. "

"Clean rooms. AC issues and flickering lights that were later addressed. Thin walls on rooms in the second floor, person yelling could be heard through the wall all night. Hotel staff are generally warm but not always effective at addressing issues "

"Rockefeller is nice but I would not recommend it due to the poor location, constantly busy restaurant, unruly guests and lack of cleanliness in some of the facilities. "

"Old style hotel that’s needs upgrading in the rooms. VERY small room - tripping over our suitcases as no where to put them. Tiny bathroom. Water pressure ok not great. No fridge, but ice machine downstairs . Front desk staff very professional. "

"I booked a room at this hotel for a day because it was close to the mall, but the room smelled damp and moldy. It was also located directly across from the housekeeping storage room where they keep and collect their supplies. There was a lot of noise in the morning, and we could hear all their conversations from inside the room. Breakfast is available, but there isn’t much variety."
